Five years ago, in the heart of Rajasthan, Ajay Meena had a thought - why couldn’t a bicycle have a battery? He wasn’t an engineer, he was a farmer full of curiosity. And it found a way of turning into action.
From Experimentation to Obsession
It started with small experiments. He tried fitting a motor onto a regular bicycle, attempting to build his own e-cycle before they were widely available. The results weren’t perfect, but they sparked something bigger. A fascination with electric cycles.
He began buying pre-built e-bikes, testing different models, comparing features, and figuring out what worked. Some were disappointments. Others showed promise. But none felt quite right.

When asked what’s with the love for mobility, he says it’s not just e-cycles; he loves collecting cars, bikes, and even tractors. He even convinced his closest friend to start an offline store that sells EMotorad e-cycles so he could get his hands on it first!
