T-Rex Air

There's only one word I'll use to describe the emotorad trex air: AWESOME! The cycle is an eye turner. The yellow colour really stands out and looks really good. I was deciding between the trex pro and trex air, but finally decided on the trex air because the frame shape looked better for me on this one. Real world range on throttle only is about 30-35KM on normal use. With pedal assist, you should be able to get about 45-50KM. The cycle is a bit on the heavier side, so pedalling without motor assist is a bit difficult on slight slopes, so make sure your battery is charged. It is pretty easy to beat traffic, since even in the most difficult of traffic, you could pick it up on to the sidewalks and activate walking mode. Pros: Looks! Really, this looks awesome and has good road presence. Ride quality: Though it lacks a rear suspension, the ride quality is pretty good and the front suspension absorbs most of the potholes and bumps on the road. Along with the 29" tyres, the ride feels pretty smooth. Motor: It works like a champ once it picks up pace. Battery: Lasts good enough. Though the charging time of about 4 hours could have been better. A few of the cons I found: The motor feels mushy sometimes. It takes a bit of time to respond, especially if the battery is below 50. But once it comes up, it feels like a breeze! Some random sounds which I haven't been able to trace back to any particular point. The seat is a bit on the hard side. Paint finising in some areas could be better The brake assembly had some rubbing issues even with adjusting it all the way to the end of the adjustment bolts. I had to add some extra washers to get it into the correct place. The stand is not that good. The cycle can easily fall with slight movement on the provided stand. The horn could have been a bit louder. Lack of extra details about tuning the brake, gear, etc in the manual or the installation videos. Now not really a con of this cycle, but the emotorad fender is not really...

It's very useful for the daily commute
