Nice bike , very comfortable to ride even on rough roads. Originally, the battery key was missing from the box so I couldn't lock it. After contacting customer service they were extremely helpful. They called me back almost every day, trying to help me sort it out. Today I received a brand new battery with set of keys at no cost. Now that's customer service. Besides that the bike is really awesome. Very affordable and practical.

It's is nice electric cycle, battery backup is very good, speed 25km/h. Nice look, Motor don't make weird noise, it's smooth, ease to ride, and so many functionality with pad assist. Durability is nice Cons:- You have to buy a wide seat saddle, for comfortable ride. Horn , Carrier and mudguard, you have to purchase , it's not included in it.

Hello, I'm Daksh Das, 16. I have completed roughly 2k kilometers on the X2. The best thing about emotorad is their customer service and the crazy attention I get on the road.. I got my battery and motor replaced free of cost, other brands would've left me hanging or charged a fortune. W for their service engineer Shubham. This cycle will always be by your side, after a few hundred kms it's not as exciting to ride, you get to know how slow it feels on the road, even after jailbreaking it to go till 30. And the seat is very uncomfortable even with the seat pad for longer rides. This cycle is 1.5x heavier than a normal cycle thanks to all the extra components but with motor it feels effortless to ride. This cycle will give you health, freedom, and reliablity. But not fun, thanks to the great Indian Laws. Keep it for intercity travel, I use it around 8-10 kms a day. I prefered the X2 because you can remove the battery and charge it at home. The size of the cycle is decent, good enough for someone with average height. Panvel.

Product is good. And comfortable . We had recieved defective product with broken switch . Company took return and refunded money. Booked again received nice product again
